- The order number used to make your purchase
Please have your order number available so we can assist you if needed.

Answer a few quick questions and select Exchange to exchange your unworn boots for a different size.

Return Shipping Label (various carriers): $5.00 fee

Important Return Information:
- The QR Code option is free if you are within 15 miles of an eligible drop-off location.
- If a QR Code option is not available, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no cost.
- If you need Customer Support to print and mail a return shipping label to your home address, a $5.00 fee will apply.
- Returning an exchange item—whether for a refund or to process a second, third, or subsequent exchange—will incur a $5.00 restocking fee.
Return Policy Abuse & Excessive Returns
Blue Ox Work reserves the right to review return and exchange activity for fraud, abuse, or atypical patterns of excessive returns or exchanges.
If Blue Ox Work determines that a customer has engaged in fraudulent activity, excessive returns or exchanges, or abuse of our Return Policy, we reserve the right to charge a return or restocking fee, limit or refuse current or future returns or exchanges, suspend or terminate the customer's account, and/or restrict future use of our Sites or services.
These measures may be applied at Blue Ox Work's discretion based on the customer's return and account activity.

Place your unworn Blue Ox Work boots back in their original box with the provided packing slip. Seal the package securely and include only the boots being returned.
Using a QR Code:
Bring your packaged boots to a FedEx Office or Kohl's location. No printing is required.
Using a Printed Shipping Label:
Attach the label to your package and drop it off with the carrier listed on the return label.

Our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial allows you to try your Blue Ox Work boots and return them for a refund if they are not the right fit for you.

For boots that have been worn as part of the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, you will be required to upload current images of your worn boots as part of the return request.
Complete the requested information and submit your return for review.
3. Complete the Return Process
Once the required information and images have been submitted, the return system will provide the final instructions needed to complete your return.
Your refund will be processed once the applicable return requirements have been completed.
