Blue Ox Work Boots Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor: The Blue Ox Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Blue Ox / HandsFree Labs ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on February 1, 2026 and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
4. How to Enter: Enter by submitting your email through the official Blue Ox giveaway entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
5. Prize: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) pair of Blue Ox hands-free work boots (Approximate Retail Value: $200 per pair) and one (1) $500 cash gift card to use to purchase tools, supplies, or to use at their discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on or around September 1, 2026.
7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of selection. If a winner does not respond within [48-72 hours], an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to: Be bound by these Official Rules. Allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation (where permitted). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.
9. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
10. Platform Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Google or YouTube. Participants release Google and YouTube from any and all liability related to this giveaway.
11. Issues, Governing Law, Privacy: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with receipt or use of a prize. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
